Most agencies ask which of their properties you like. We ask what you are looking for, and then go and find it.

In Zürich, before anything is searched. We take the time to understand what you actually need and define the strategy before you travel — one trusted advisor in Switzerland, with local expertise wherever you buy, sell or invest.

Across trusted local agencies, developers, private owners and networks that never reach a portal. Our own research first, the market second.
We shortlist
Personally, and against your criteria — not a portal export. You see the houses we would go and look at ourselves.
We arrange
Viewings and virtual tours, bundled into unhurried days and built around your travel rather than an agent's diary.
We visit
And assess in person where it matters — the noise, the light at six, the neighbour's building permit. We tell you what is wrong with each one, too.

- Are you independent?
- In a buying mandate we represent you, not the seller — that is the whole point of the service. If we also hold a selling mandate on a property you are interested in, we tell you in writing before you view it, so you always know which side of the table we are on.
- What if I have already found the property?
- Then we start at the assessment instead of the search. We view it, check the asking price against what actually closed nearby, put the legal and structural questions to our local professionals, and negotiate on your behalf.
- Which countries do you work in?
- Switzerland, Spain — with particular expertise in the Balearics — Italy and Morocco, and we are expanding across Europe and beyond. Beyond those we work through trusted local partners, and we say plainly when a market is new to us.
- Do you only work with Swiss clients?
- Our clients are mostly Swiss-based, and that is who the service is built around: one advisor here, in your time zone and your language, with local expertise in the market you are buying into. It is where we are based, not a condition of working with us.
- Do you sell and invest as well as buy?
- Yes — three services, equal weight. Buy Abroad is buyer representation, Sell Abroad is an international sale from valuation to completion, and Invest Abroad builds a strategy around your objectives before any property is recommended.
- How long does a search take?
- From brief to first shortlist, usually two to three weeks. From brief to keys, three to six months, depending on the market and how specific your criteria are. We would rather take longer than hand you the wrong house.
