Some of these are still being set. Where you see a season instead of a date, the format is decided and the details are not — say the word and we will tell you first.

Insurance & liability

Participants must hold appropriate insurance, including accident cover and — for a retreat abroad — international health insurance valid for the whole stay. Women World is not liable for injury, loss, damage or expenses incurred during participation in any Women World event, except where Swiss law does not permit us to exclude it.

On active days you take part at your own risk, on your own equipment, and at your own assessment of whether the conditions suit you. Nothing on the programme is compulsory.
