Mallorca, October.
When the island empties, the light gets richer. So do the conversations.
Five nights in Gwen's own house in Sóller — three bedrooms, a pool behind the garden wall, the square five minutes away. October on the island is warm days, cool evenings, no crowds.
- 015 nights at Casa Limona — Gwen's house, not a rented villa
- 02All meals, cooked mostly in the outdoor kitchen, market produce from the square
- 03One night's paella cooked for you in the garden by a local cook
- 04Morning yoga on the terrace + a sound bath one evening
- 05The walk over to Deià with a swim in the bay, a citrus farm visit, and lunch in a village restaurant
- 06One 1:1 coaching session if you want it
- 07Airport transfers from Palma
- 08Long unstructured afternoons — the pool, the shade, the book you never finish
per woman
- CHF 570 a night, all in but flights
- Gwen's own house — the pool, the garden, the outdoor kitchen. Not a rented villa.
- Six women. That's the whole house, so nothing is shared with strangers.

The part that
outlasts the week.
Creating meaningful connections that become opportunities — for life, business and investment.
Connect with inspiring women
A table of six, not a room of sixty. Founders, investors, women in the middle of reinventing something — close enough that nobody sits on the edge of the group.
Gain practical insights
There are no talks and no slides. But somewhere between the walk and the second bottle, people say what they charge, what they got wrong and who they called. You go home knowing things you cannot look up.
Discover new opportunities
Most of what comes out of these weeks was never on the programme: a first client, a co-investment, the partner for the thing you have been circling for two years.
Return with lifelong friendships
The group chat starts on the last night and does not go quiet. That is the part no brochure prints, and the part everyone comes back for.
When those opportunities turn to property, Women World Estates is the other half of what we do — buying, selling and investing across borders.
Day by day.
5 nights, 8 – 13 October 2026. Everything below is arranged; none of it is compulsory.
- Thu 8 Oct
Arrive
Through the gate, drop your bag, first dinner and laughter at the long table under the vaulted roof.
- Fri 9 Oct
Climb
A gentle Tramuntana walk over to Deià, picnic lunch, a swim in Deià bay. Home for paella, cooked in the garden by a local cook.
- Sat 10 Oct
Market
Slow morning, then down to the square for the Saturday market. Afternoon at the pool, an evening walk along the water and dinner somewhere worth the drive.
- Sun 11 Oct
Citrus
Visit to a generations-old orange farm in the valley — taste, learn, take a bottle home. The sound bath is this evening, on the terrace.
- Mon 12 Oct
Round
A walk out to the small villages between the lemon, orange and olive trees, lunch in a village restaurant. Then the closing circle, the last long dinner, candles, the pool lit after dark.
- Tue 13 Oct
Leave
Breakfast and coffee on the terrace. You write in the book before you go, and you leave with the memories and the friendships.
